About the DS3800HLXB1B1C
The DS3800HLXB1B1C printed circuit board is designed to function as a LINKMaster transfer and receiving board. This board is part of GE’s Mark IV Speedtronic system. The MKIV was one of GE’s most popular turbine control systems and the first of the Speedtronic systems to offer triple modular redundant control.
The DS3800HLXB1B1C is a small factory-drilled board weighing approximately one pound before it is prepared for shipment before your location. Because AX Control takes pride in making sure every component is properly packaged to prevent damage, your shipping weight may be significantly higher. The board has been drilled in each corner at the factory. Two of these factory holes are fitted with extractor clips. Extractor clips help technicians pull the board from its location within a rack when the component needs to be replaced. They also offer a safe place to hold the board during installation.
The same front edge that includes the extractor clips is also populated by a line of TP test points as well as two toggle switches. Additionally, this edge has an LED indicator extruding from it along with four potentiometers.
The primary surface of the DS3800HLXB1B1C is populated by lines of integrated circuits. In between these, the board has several capacitors, diodes, and resistors. There are a few jumper switches available that will allow customizable settings. Additionally, the board includes two board stiffeners to limit flexing in the fragile board strata.
