About the DS3800HRRA1C1A
The GE Relay Output Board DS3800HRRA1C1A is designed for quick installation in the drive. The board features a modular connector on 1 end and retention levers on the other end. The board is populated with 8 red indicator LEDs and 1 reset toggle switch. The analog/digital converter is a component embedded on the board. It converts the analog signals to a digital format. The digital format is used for signal processing throughout the drive. The GE Relay Output Board DS3800HRRA1C1A is also populated with 1 amber indicator LED.
The GE Relay Output Board DS3800HRRA1C1A reset switch is a method of restarting the board processing without disconnecting power to the drive. It only halts and restarts processing on the board. The other components in the drive are not affected by the restart toggle switch.
Moving the toggle switch to the left causes a halt in the board processing. If the processing has encountered an error or if the control signals are unreadable the reset might resolve the condition. The control signals can restart and put the control signals back in the proper sequence.
The retention levers use a cam action to force the modular connectors together. The connectors also carry the current that powers the board. They also carry the control signals that control the operations of the board.
If the red LEDs are flashing, it indicates that normal processing is taking place. The LEDs all are assigned IDs that are prefixed with CR. The prefix is followed by a numerical valve.
