About the DS3800HSCC
The DS3800HSCC is a non-isolator input board by GE (General Electric). This is a 28 VDC (volts of direct current) board. The DS3800HSCC was created to be a part of the Speedtronic Mark IV system. Mark IV has been in operation for decades and is capable of controlling the operation and safety of gas and steam turbines.
The left half of the DS3800HSCC is covered with nineteen (19) integrated circuits, which all contain a variety of tiny components on a single chip. Sixteen (16) red LEDs, or light-emitting diodes, are positioned on the right edge of the DS3800HSCC. A connector port takes up the entirety of the left edge of the card. Vertically aligned on the right half of the board is a group of sixteen (16) yellow capacitors. A large amount of smaller yellow capacitors is scattered around the DS3800HSCC. Numerous resistors which are banded in shades of red, yellow and orange are located all over the board. The bands on these resistors symbolize the amount of resistance in each component. An area labeled SPARE can be seen towards the bottom of the card. The upper edge of the DS3800HSCC is labeled with the letters A through I and the left edge of the board is labeled 10 through 80 by tens. The name of the circuit card, DS3800HSCC, can be seen on the very bottom of the board’s surface.
AX Control is committed to quality parts and customer service. Troubleshooting for the DS3800HSCC must be obtained from General Electric.
