About the DS3800HXRB1B1B
The DS3800HXRB1B1B is a C bus receiver circuit board made by General Electric. This board was created for the Speedtronic Mark IV series. Mark IV is a series of turbine controls that has been counted on for decades to provide safe and efficient operation for both gas and steam turbines.
The DS3800HXRB1B1B C bus receiver circuit board features a total of thirty (30) integrated circuits which cover much of the board. A wide variety of capacitors in different colors and sizes can also be found on the board's surface. A red switch is located at the lower left corner of the DS3800HXRB1B1B. Immediately next to the switch are three (3) light-emitting diodes, also known as LEDs. The LEDs feature lights which are red. Along the right edge of the card are three (3) "male" connector ports which give users the option to attach extra parts to the board or to connect the DS3800HXRB1B1B to another board. One (1) resistor network can be found on the right half of the board. Multiple resistors are contained within each resistor network. The total resistance of these networks is equivalent to the sum of the resistances of the resistors inside. In addition to the resistance networks, there are also several resistors located throughout the board which are striped in different colored bands. The bands on each resistor inform the user as to the resistance ability of each resistor. The DS3800HXRB1B1B also has on its surface several jumper pins with blue jumpers allowing the pins to be connected.
