About the DS3800NFCF

The DS3800NFCF is a PCB from GE designed as a component of the Mark IV system. The Mark IV was created to manage gas and steam turbine systems and has the capability to keep those systems running within safe parameters. It can also automate the shutdown, cooldown, and startup procedures of turbines and their auxiliaries. The DS3800NFCF works as a firing circuit board. It is designed with the following components and specs:

• -factory-drilled.

• -designed to attach to an optional daughter board. When this daughterboard (DS3800DFCF) is attached the DS3800NFCF has access to that board's five jumpers and three ammeters. The auxiliary is held in place by 17 board-to-board pins.

• -two plunge switches located in the bottom left quadrant. These are labeled "step" and "rest."

• -fifteen LEDs. The DS3800NFCF has seven red LEDs clustered in the left upper corner and eight LEDs (one amber, seven red) in the left lower corner.

• -one straight 10-pin vertical connector.

• -two jumper switches.

• -two connectors on its right edge (both 218A4637-P4 0027.)

• -twenty-one transistors.

• -twenty-nine TP test points.

• -alignment marked. Also marked "66A07."

• -forty-two integrated circuits, including Texas Instruments Synchronous, 4-bit up/down counters with dual clock, and Texas Instruments Dual J/K Negative-edge-triggered flip-flops.
