About the DS3800NFIA
The DS3800HFIA is a printed circuit board (PCB). This board was developed as part of the Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control series. The DS3800HFIA was created by General Electric (GE).
The DS3800HFIA printed circuit board (PCB) contains a variety of different circuit board components. A blue jack connector port is situated in the center of the top edge of the DS3800HFIA. This port is a “male” connector. The port is labeled JA. Another smaller blue jack connector port can be found on the right edge of the DS3800NFIA. This small port is labeled as JB and is also a “male” connector port. Scattered around the board are resistors lined up vertically in groups of four (4). Each of these resistors is banded in various shades of blue from dark to light. There are thirty-two (32) resistors on the DS3800NFIA. Each resistor is labeled with the letter R and range from R1 to R32. In the center of the DS3800NFIA towards the bottom is one (1) single diode. This diode is small and orange in color. The diode is labeled with the initials CR and is called CR1. Sitting directly below the diode on the DS3800NFIA is one (1) relay, also known as a contactor. This relay is silver in color and rectangular. The relay is labeled with the letter K and is called K1. The part number of the printed circuit board, DS3800NFIA, is written on the top border on the left side. Listed along the left side of the DS3800NFIA are the letters A to J. Also marked all around the DS3800NFIA are the letters A to S.
