Product Description

The DS3800NGPA1B1C is a PCB (printed circuit board) manufactured by GE as a gain programming card to fit into their Mark IV series. This series was created for gas or steam turbine management. It can automate some routines, including start-up and shutdown. It is also designed to keep the system from operating during unsafe or adverse conditions.

The DS3800NGPA1B1C accepts an optional auxiliary board (DS3800DBPA.) When this auxiliary is installed it gives the motherboard access to its six potentiometers and several PCB snap-in screw mounts. The auxiliary board will install on the right-hand side of the motherboard, where it will rest on four nylon pins and be held in place by twenty-nine board-to-board connectors.

The DS3800NGPA1B1C is alignment-marked and marked "NGPA 6DA08" and "6BA05." It has been drilled in all corners. Extractor clips are installed in the right-hand corners. Extractors help technicians with both insertion and extraction, especially in tight spaces, by giving the user an optional handle. They also can be used as a lever to pull the board out of its slot.
