The DS3800NGRA1B1A is a PCB from GE designed as part of the Mark IV system.  This series, built on integrated chipsets made with overlapping responsibilities, significantly lowered the percentage of downtime caused by electronics failure.  The system can also automate some processes (like startup and shutdown) to increase efficiency.

The DS3800NGRA1B1A is marked with letters (A through J) and numbers (2 through 80) on two edges.  It is marked 6BA04 and NGRA 6DA04, and is marked with the GE stamp. Components on the board are also marked.   Each corner has been drilled.

The DS3800NGRA1B1A has one Augat connector (28-pin female) placed toward the center of the board.  It also has four PCB right-angled mating connectors (all marked 218A4637) located along the right and left edges.  Two of these are P4 connectors and two are P6 connectors.

The DS3800NGRA1B1A has twenty-five integrated circuits.  U1 through U3 are marked as rigid terminals. There is no other information on these circuits.  Other circuits on the board include Quad CMOS analog switches. These are monolithic devices which feature fast switching speeds combined with low power dissipation.  These analog switches provide break-before-make switching and are TTL and CMOS compatible. Other chips on the board include voltage comparators, hex inverters, and precision amplifiers.
