About the DS3800NGRA1J1C
The DS3800NGRA1J1C is designed as a regulator board for GE’s Mark IV series. This series, which was created for gas and steam turbine control, improves efficiency in these management systems by allowing for the automation of some procedures, such as cool down and startup. It may also be used to monitor fuel, water, and air emissions.
The DS3800NGRA1J1C is built with one female (28-pin) Augat connector. The DS3800NGRA1J1C also has four PCB mating connectors (right-angled) to communicate with other boards, marked 218A4637. Two are P4 connectors, two P6 connectors. There is one of each kind of connector on either short side of the board.
The DS3800NGRA1J1C is built with three rigid envelope terminals among its twenty-five circuits. There are also dual re-triggerable one-shots with clear and complementary outputs, analog switches, voltage comparators, hex inverters, and precision amplifiers. The amplifiers have a high input impedance and a low input bias and offset currents.
The DS3800NGRA1J1C is alignment marked on two edges (lettered and numbered,) and it is factory drilled for mounting. Diodes may not be marked, but all other components will have component markings. The DS3800NGRA1J1C tends to use metal film resistors. Capacitors include polyester film rated at 80V, 100V, and 200V. Other capacitors may be fixed vacuum capacitors or ceramic capacitors.
All technical support for the DS3800NGRA1J1C was originally provided by GE. This included diagnostic publications like manuals and datasheets.
