About the DS3800NHVL
The Mark IV (Speedtronic) Turbine series from General Electric includes the DS3800NHVL. The Mark IV Speedtronic series is used to operate gas turbines. A gas turbine uses an internal combustion engine which combines fuel and air to burn and create a mixture of gases that build up forcing the turbine to spin creating energy that is then used for other purposes.
The DS3800NHVL has eighteen brown diodes with various color bands. The DS3800NHVL has twenty-four black and silver diodes, six tiny grey diodes, and fourteen average sized grey diodes. The DS3800NHVL has six relays. The relays look like large black boxes. The relays are used to control the amount of energy that flows through the circuit board. The DS3800NHVL has three circular red capacitors, six large silver capacitors, six average-sized yellow capacitors and six large black capacitors. A capacitors purpose is to store extra energy in an electric field. The DS3800NHVL has eight white male connection terminals with three metal prongs and one blue male connection terminal. The DS3800NHVL has four small metal towers with small screws on top. These metal towers allow the worker to connect additional components. These components include but are not limited to diodes, capacitors, resistors, LEDs etc. There is a small cluster of Jumper Ports which the worker can adjust and change with small caps (are included). The DS3800NHVL has seven holes to attach the board in place securely. The DS3800NHVL can be attached on its own next to an existing circuit or as a daughterboard.
