About the DS3800NITA
The DS3800NITA board is a board component designed as part of General Electric’s turbine control system, the Mark IV.
The DS3800NITA board is made up of two distinct parts. This includes the primary circuit board that has a traditional design with mounted components including multiple integrated circuits. This green PCB is factory drilled along the board edge and is marked on the surface of the board to identify various components. It also carries codes to aid the end-user with proper placement and wiring of the board. Please consult datasheets for this component for more information on these codes.
Above the primary circuit board, the DS3800NITA has a second level that has been screw mounted to its surface at four points. This component extends over three edges of the underlying circuit board and includes four additional factory-made drill holes. The mounted panel is made up of seven individual terminal strips. Each of these terminal strips is marked along its length and is marked at each end. Each terminal strip offers 12 screw connections. Additionally, the board has a single wired component leading off from its long edge.
The wiring of the DS3800NITA should follow manufacturer guidelines. Please be sure to consult original manuals and user guides for information regarding the proper torque and type of wiring required by this board.
