General Electric is the manufacture of the DS3800NLBA. The DS3800NLBA is part of the Mark IV Speedtronic Turbine series. Turbines are an easy way to create energy using an internal combustion engine. In the internal combustion engine, there is a mixture of air and fuel used to create an explosion causing a gas mixture to turn the turbine. The DS3800NLBA has two-hundred and sixteen resistors. Each resistor has multi-colored bands to indicate how much energy the resistor can hold. The DS3800NLBA has thirty orange diodes, two teal diodes, two light blue diodes, four silver and black diodes, two deep red diodes, four small grey diodes, four large grey didoes, six large red diodes, six large black didoes. The DS3800NLBA has seven small black transistors and four silver circle transistors. The transistors are used to amplify or switch electric signals and electrical power. The DS3800NLBA has seventeen black rectangles called EEPROM. An EEPROM is used to hold all the programming information for the DS3800NLBA to work. Each EEPROM comes pre-programmed and cannot be updated. The DS3800NLBA has four yellow capacitors. The capacitors hold extra energy in an electric field. The DS3800NLBA has a twenty-eight hole female port in the center of the board. The DS3800NLBA also has a long female port along one of the short edge of the board. The DS3800NLBA has two metal barriers along the longer edges of the boards.
