About the DS3800NPPB1J1E
The DS3800NPPB1J1E was made as a part of the Speedtronic Mark IV. The Mark IV system was created for the automation of turbines. This system also protects turbines from operating conditions which may be unsafe. The DS3800NPPB1J1E is what is called a power supply circuit board.
Prominently featured on the DS3800NPPB1J1E are four (4) inductors, which can also be known as coils. Close to the bottom of the DS3800NPPB1J1E there are three (3) large green capacitors arranged in a line. On the top side of the DS3800NPPB1J1E there are two (2) large metal transistors. Eight transistors which are smaller in size are positioned on the surface of the DS3800NPPB1J1E. Three (3) transistors can be found grouped together close to the top of the center of the DS3800NPPB1J1E. Five other transistors are arranged in the lower right corner of the DS3800NPPB1J1E. In the top right side of the DS3800NPPB1J1E there are two (2) large brown capacitors. Four (4) potentiometers, or variable resistors, which are blue in color are situated on the DS3800NPPB1J1E. Three (3) potentiometers can be found close to the lower right corner of the DS3800NPPB1J1E and the last is found on the other side of the DS3800NPPB1J1E. One (1) connector port is positioned on the left of the DS3800NPPB1J1E. The small port is a “male” connector port. It contains twenty-six (26) connector pins. A total of five (5) integrated circuits are connected to the DS3800NPPB1J1E. Also on the left end of the DS3800NPPB1J1E there is a red switch. An operator may change the switch from disable to enable and back.
