About the DS3800NPRB
The DS3800NPRB is a proximitor interface circuit board. This product was created by General Electric (GE). The DS3800NPRB is a printed circuit board (PCB). The board was designed to be a part of the Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control series.
A long black connector port spans the entire length of the DS3800NPRB circuit board. A smaller blue connector port is positioned on the opposite end of the board. This port is labeled with its part number, which is 218A4637-P3. The 218A4637-P3 is a male multi-pin connector. Ten (10) test points are aligned on the right side of the DS3800NPRB. These test points are labeled with the reference designator TP, from TP0 to TP9. Featured on the DS3800NPRB is a black cube-shaped converter. The converter is labeled with its part number and the voltage 12VDC, meaning 12 volts DC. Twenty-seven (27) integrated circuits are placed around the DS3800NPRB circuit board. These integrated circuits come in different sizes. The medium-sized integrated circuits are labeled with their part number JM318AC LM348N. The largest integrated circuit is labeled with its part number H13-507-5 L0131ACME. A yellow resistor network is placed near the bottom left corner of the DS3800NPRB. The sum of the resistances of all of the resistors inside the network is equal to the total resistance of the network itself. The DS3800NPRB contains many capacitors in different sizes. There are round capacitors in various colors such as yellow, white, and blue. Rectangular capacitors are also located on the DS3800NPRB which are pink in color.
