The DS3800NVAA has three bright yellow capacitors, nine deep red capacitors, four silver capacitors, one large bright orange capacitor, and two light yellow capacitors. The DS3800NVAA has one amber colored LED. The DS3800NVAA has around one-hundred and sixty-five resistors. The DS3800NVAA has twenty-two integrated circuits. The integrated circuits are split into two groups known as EEPROMs and EPROMs. The EEPROM is a pre-programmed integrated circuit that cannot be altered. The EPROM is also a pre-programmed integrated circuit that can be updated. There is a “SPARE” section to add an additional EEPROM or EPROM if additional data is required. The DS3800NVAA has four small black transformers which alter and changes electronic signals and electrical power.
