About the DS3800XAID
The DS3800XAID is a printed circuit board or PCB. This product was made by General Electric. It is a component in the MKIV or Mark IV system. Mark IV is a part of the Mark line of products for turbine control. Mark products automate and manage turbine operations. They also provide protection for turbine systems which may be at risk of damage because of unsafe working conditions.
The DS3800XAID does not feature very many components overall. There are two (2) large components situated in one corner of the DS3800XAID. These components are long and they are sitting parallel to each other. One of the components is black and made of plastic. The other components are made of metal and it is silver in color. One the other half of the DS3800XAID, there is a series of connector ports. These connector ports are blue in color. Each of the ports contains ten (10) male connector pins. Also positioned on the DS3800XAID is a series of test points. At least nine of these test points can be found on the circuit board. These test points may be used to test the DS3800XAID to make sure it is functioning the right way. A number of resistors are arranged in the center of the DS3800XAID. Sixteen (16) of these resistors are orange and medium-sized. A few of the resistors are smaller. These are blue and covered in various colored bands. Sitting alongside the resistors are eight (8) capacitors. These capacitors are small in size. They are solid green in color.
