The DS3815PACA is an HSHA Slave board component. It is part of the Mark IV turbine control series from General Electric. 

The  DS3815PACA is a small board component but includes multiple components mounted to its surface.  This includes LEDs (light-emitting diodes) located along one board edge.  The LEDs are numbered for easier identification.  Each of the diodes is red in color.   Below these components, the board holds two thumbwheel switches.  These are marked SW3 and SW4.  Additionally, the board has two toggle switches.  Each position of both toggle switches has been individually labeled so the user knows at a glance what setting is being used.   Additionally, the board has three TP test points.  These are labeled TP1 through TP3 on the board surface.  

The  DS3815PACA includes a single printed circuit board mating connector with an extending ribbon connector.  This ribbon connector helps the board communicate with a larger board component to which it will be mounted.  Close by is the board’s single jumper switch.  This can be set to either 2716 or 2732.   The board includes four integrated circuits.  These include line drivers and octal buffers. 

The  DS3815PACA board is factory drilled in each corner for mounting.  It is marked with the GE round logo.  It also carries several codes that will help the end-user with alignment and with properly wiring the board.   The board uses capacitors and resistors of various designs.
