The DS3820STMA1A1A is a C-Bus termination mod created by General Electric for their Mark Iv Speedtronic line. The Turbine series controls a gas or steam turbine.  A gas or steam turbine uses a large internal combustion engine to mix fuel and air to cause a contained explosion. The explosion creates energy that is harnessed and used for a multitude of other purposes. The DS3820STMA1A1A has twelve Jumper ports and covers. The covers allow the worker to decide which Jumper ports to cover and which ones not to. Doing this allows the worker to direct the energy around the circuit board. The DS3820STMA1A1A has twelve light blue resistors. These resistors have up to five different colored bands around the outside. These color bands are used to identify the amount of energy that can flow through the resistors and a given time. The DS3820STMA1A1A has two long male terminals one terminal has twenty metal pins the other male terminal has thirty-seven metal pins. There is a large female terminal port, this port has thirty-seven holes for a male terminal to attach. The DS3820STMA1A1A has a “SPARE” section this area can be used as a place to put an EPROM, EEPROM, diodes, resistors, etc. The DS3820STMA1A1A has four large pre-drilled holes to secure it in place. The DS3820STMA1A1A also has four large metal screws placed closely to the pre-drilled holes.
