Product Description
DS200LRPAG1AFE Line Protection Board EX2000 Mark V
The DS200LRPAG1AFE is circuit board fabricated by General Electric as a modular component of the Mark V Speedtronic system. The MKV, which was one of the last of the Speedtronic steam and gas turbine control systems to be released by GE, can be configured in Simplex or TMR form, depending on the needs, size, and complexity of the turbine system. Either setup offers the end-user a high degree of reliability, the Simplex design using the MKV’s software implemented fault tolerance and the TMR combining this and the inherent benefits of a triple modular redundant architecture. Regardless of the design chosen by the end user, the MKV offers built-in diagnostics, a common hardware interface for gas and steam functions, online maintenance, and a direct sensor interface.
The DS200LRPAG1AFE functions as a Line Protection Board. It is a smaller rectangular board with several drill holes, including one in each corner and at the middle of each edge. These can be filled by mounting hardware like standoffs or screws. The board is densely populated by components like a transformer, relays, several heat sinks with mounted transistors, jumper switches, potentiometers, high voltage electrolytic capacitors plus capacitors made from other materials, resistors, resistor network arrays, and diodes. The board also has LED indicators, a reset switch, several terminal strips, and female vertical connectors.
For proper installation techniques or for more information regarding handling or maintenance, please review technical support publications like product manuals or series user guides that should have been supplied by General Electric with your OEM purchase.
