Product Description
The DS200RTBAG1AFB is a relay terminal board (RTBA) developed by General Electric for their Mark V board series. An additional ten relays are provided to drivers that this board is installed in. A wide array of GE drives and exciters can accept this board installed into their cabinets. Remote usage is possible, but the relays can also be controlled by a LAN I/O terminal board (GE P/N 531X307LTB).
Additional relays are provided when DS200RTBAG1AFB is installed. Of these ten relays, seven are DPDT type relays that feature two Form C contacts. Locations K20 through K26 are the positions these are installed on the board. DPDT relays include a 110 VDC coil and 10A contacts. The remaining three relays are 4PDT type that include four Form C contacts. On the board these can be found in locations K27 through K29. Each contact registers 1A while a 110 VDC coil is also included. All ten relays are protected by a 130 VAC MOV (metal oxide varistor). If needed, relays on the board can be easily removed and replaced.
Both DS200RTBAG1AFB and the drive include manufacturer provided installation parameters that should be met by the user. Meeting these requirements will ensure that both the board and the drive operate properly. For an illustrated wiring and installation guide, refer to the board manual and datasheet. The manufacturer, General Electric, was the original provider of technical support.
