Product Description
Developed for General Electric’s Mark V board series, the DS200RTBAG3ABB is an optional relay terminal board. Ten additional relay points are provided to drives when this card is installed in the device cabinet. A wide range of GE drives and exciters can accept and use this board. Users can remotely drive the relays or rely on the LAN I/O terminal board found in the drive system.
DS200RTBAG3ABB features two different types of relays, DPDT and 4PDT. The majority of the relays are DPDT type, with each featuring two Form C contacts. Contacts found within these seven relays include a voltage rating of 10A per contact. The remaining three relays are the second type, 4PDT. Four Form C contacts are found in these relay types. Each of these contacts rates at 1A per contact. All ten relays do include a 110 VDC coil to allow for proper relay and board function. I/O for all ten points are protected from surges and voltage spikes by a 130 VAC metal oxide varistor, or MOV. Every onboard relay can be removed and replaced by the user should any point fail.
Installation parameters provided for both DS200RTBAG3ABB and the board should be reviewed and followed by the user. These guidelines will protect the drive and board from any accidental or unintentional damages. Please review the device manual and datasheet for a complete wiring and installation guide. The manufacturer, General Electric, was the original technical support provider for the entire Mark V series of boards.
