DS200SLCCG1AEF is a LAN (local area network) communications board manufactured by General Electric. The card is classified as a member of the Mark V series of drive boards. Cards from this series can be installed across a wide range of drives and exciters from the GE family. When installed the card provides its host with necessary LAN communication interfacing space. Circuits for both DLAN and ARCNET networks is available in this board.

Both isolated and nonisolated circuits are provided by the DS200SLCCG1AEF LAN communications board. An integrated LAN control processor (LCP) works to process and filter received signals. A dual ported RAM is also provided for interfacing capabilities between the LCP and the drive’s drive control board. Programming data for the LCP is stored in the two onboard EPROM memory cartridges. Access to system settings and diagnostics is available through the attachable programmer keypad. This tool includes 16 alphanumeric keys and a display screen.

All boards shipped by AX Control will be protected by a static resistant plastic bag. Any installation parameters should be reviewed before the board is removed from the packaging. The only users permitted to handle this board should be personnel qualified to install the card. A complete guide to wiring the board can be found in the device’s datasheet as well as the manual. The device’s manufacturer, General Electric, originally provided technical support for the entirety of the Mark V series.
