The DS200UCIBG1AAB works within the Mark V turbine control system from General Electric. The Mark V was a third-generation TMR (triple modular redundant) turbine control system released under GE’s Speedtronic umbrella and has now been used for decades for the management and control of industrial gas and steam turbine systems. Within the Mark V Series, this DS200UCIBG1AAB product functions as a Mark V motherboard.  It lives within the <R> core.  Motherboards act as the heart or spine of a system, interconnecting the different components around them. The UCIB motherboard mentioned here includes space for mounting several daughter components, including two μGENI boards.
