The DS2020EXTYG2 is a Field Supply Module for a GE Mark V DS200 system. The Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system is no longer being supported by GE and parts for it have become hard to find. The DS2020EXTYG2 is a replacement part and is not contained in a chassis. It has factory drilled holes on the top and bottom of the metallic mounting board that can be used to secure this setup onto a panel or flat surface.
The DS2020EXTYG2 has two auxiliary daughter boards on the bottom right-hand side of it that have small striped resistors on it. These daughter boards are slightly raised on four small brackets and mounted to the brackets using small screws. There is brown wiring coming from these boards that leads to two generators that are used to create the electromagnetic field. These two generators are also connected by brown wiring. More brown wires lead to two power supply units.
