Product Description
DS215LRPBG1AZZ02A
The DS215LRPBG1AZZ02A is a GE Mark V printed circuit board designed to be used as a part of the Mark V Speedtronic system. The Mark V is a modular control system that was one of the last of the popular Speedtronic line for the management of gas/steam turbine systems. The MKV has online maintenance, a direct sensor interface, and built-in diagnostics. It can be used in its typical TMR architecture or pared down to Simplex form for smaller, less complex turbines. Fault tolerance is software based, so still available in either form. The DS215LRPBG1AZZ02A
Is an updated version of a similar DS200 board, with additional firmware and/or hardware. This board is no longer manufactured by the OEM but can be purchased through AX Control as a reconditioned, fully tested unit.
The DS215LRPBG1AZZ02A functions as a resolver card. It is designed with four terminal strips along its front edge and with additional smaller terminals trips located on the back edge. The board has a female connector on the back edge. It has a larger transformer component in the upper right quadrant near a bank of high-voltage electrolytic capacitors. This quadrant also has several heat sinks.
Other board components on the DS215LRPBG1AZZ02A include jumper switches, resistor network arrays, a push button, integrated circuits, relays, potentiometers, an inductor coil, and transistors.
