About the IS200DRLYH1AED
The IS200DRLYH1AED is a board component created by GE for their Speedtronic Mark VI system. The Mark VI is used as a management platform for gas and steam turbines of varying size and complexity.
The IS200DRLYH1AED is a Simplex Relay Output terminal board. This board has no suppression unless it is externally supplied. The board is populated by twelve relays with nominal 24 V dc coil. These are two-pole double throw relays with Form C contacts containing two NO and two NC contacts. The board is designed for wall mounting (not DIN-rail.) It attaches to the VCC, VCRC, or VTUR processor board via a single cable from its single 37-pin (female) cable connector. Of the two versions available of the DRLYH1 board, this is the board with the higher powered relay contacts. However, if you need a board for use in UL listing for Class I, Div 2 classified/Hazardous locations, please order an IS200DRLYH1B board.
The IS200DRLYH1AED is populated by terminal blocks down both long sides of the board. The board also has a two-position (two screw) terminal block located at the top edge of the board. This terminal block is used for the SCOM or chassis ground connection.
Each of the relays on the IS200DRLYH1AED is paired with a yellow LED indicator, which is used to show if there is voltage across the coil. The board also has a single green LED, which indicates 28 V dc power for the relay coils is reaching the IS200DRLYH1AED from the I/O board (VCCC, VTUR, or VCRC.) The board does not have jumper switches or any kind of hardware settings located on its surface.
