About the IS200DSPXH2BEB
The IS200DSPXH2BEB is a GE Mark VI board component that functions as a Digital Signal Processor Control Card within EX2100 exciters and Innovation Series Drives.
The IS200DSPXH2BEB is one of several versions of the DSPX board. All versions of the board include an ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) and a high-performance digital signal processor (DSP.) These perform custom logic, processing functions, and interface functions.
The IS200DSPXH2BEB is built with a front faceplate attached. The faceplate has two set pins that help lock the board securely into place once it is mounted into a rack system. The faceplate is marked with the GE logo and with the board ID number. It also has both of the board’s LEDs mounted into its surface as well as two of its I/O ports. The LEDs annunciate alarm states and are labeled STATUS and FAULT. The I/Os are labeled DSP emulator and Engineering monitor. Additional I/O ports include the P7 port, which is only used during development, and the P1 backplane port. This port has a number of pin signals, including DCOM power supply return, tool and keypad interface, clock signal outputs, and load pulse outputs.
