About the IS200EGPAG1ABD
The IS200EGPAG1ABD is a Mark VI Speedtronic board component from General Electric. The Mark VI is used for the management of industrial steam and gas turbines. This system is designed with the capability of setup in either Simplex or TMR (triple modular redundant) form in order to meet the needs of the turbine. The board is typically used in EX2100 excitation systems.
The IS200EGPAG1ABD functions as an Exciter Gate Pulse Amplifier circuit board. It is used to interface with controls to the system’s power bridge. The IS200EGPAG1ABD also can control the gate firing of SCRs on the bridge (up to six SCRs.)
The IS200EGPAG1ABD has a line of LED indicators along its front edge. These LEDs are used for the indication of various things, including cooling fan rotation, alarm and fault condition, bridge currents and temperature, and output firing. Other board components include 5 jumper switches, 8 transformers, 13 high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, a coil inductor, and a number of integrated circuits, capacitors, and resistors. The board also has 13 plugs on its surface including 7 two-position plugs, 3 four-position plugs, a twelve-position plug, and a six-position plug.
More information about the proper handling, installation, or maintenance of the IS200EGPAG1ABD may be found through documentation originally provided by General Electric. This includes user guides and manuals. If your copies of these publications are no longer available we may be able to provide replacements with your order.
