About the IS200EXHSG1
The IS200EXHSG1 is a PCB component created by GE for the Mark VI series. The Mark VI is part of GE’s Speedtronic line of steam or gas turbine management systems that has been in commercial release since the first Mark I system was sold in 1969. The Mark VI is a complete turbine management solution, offering integrated control, monitoring, and protection with a PC-based HMI/Operator Interface. This interface allows users to access data from a single location through software like CIMPLICITY. However, since actual control of the turbine remains within the Control Module, the operator interface can be restarted or re-initialized with zero effect to the turbine system.
The IS200EXHSG1 functions as a High-Speed Static Exciter Terminal Board, which supports pilot relay contact outputs, contact inputs, and signal conditioning circuits. The board is built with three ribbon connectors, eight plug connectors, seven relays, two terminal conduction connectors (E1 and E2,) over fifteen integrated circuits, transistors, and a heat sink. The board has various resistors and capacitors, including resistors made of metal film and those of carbon composite material. Capacitors may be of electrolytic material, ceramic, or polyester vinyl. The board receives power from the M1 and M2 power supplies in redundant systems. The resulting signals are sent to the EMIO board.
Please review retained publications from the manufacturer for installation procedures. Our warehouse team will pack the IS200EXHSG1 using an anti-static wrap to protect it from damage during transit. Please follow manufacturer guidelines for the handling of the board during unpacking and installation.
