About the IS200JPDBG1ABB
The IS200JPDBG1ABB is a board component that fits into and is a part of the Mark VI turbine control system from GE. This Speedtronic system was one of the last of its kind, designed to be used in the control and management of industrial gas and steam turbine systems of various sizes and complexity. The MKVI exceeds several codes, including EN50178 for elevation and IEC 529 for dust contaminants. This system can be used in non-condensing humidity conditions of 5% to 95%.
The IS200JPDBG1ABB works as a part of the IS2020JPDB AC module. The module receives power through the IS200JPDBG1ABB board. It provides bulk 28 VDC control power output supplies and has passive monitoring circuits that have been designed for status feedback as well as ac magnitude. Ribbon cable connectors located on the board surface are used for pass-through monitoring. There are two ribbon cable connectors, one on each short board edge.
The IS200JPDBG1ABB is populated with a number of components, including six toggle switches lined up near the center of the board. Additionally, there are eight fuses mounted to its surface. Six of these line up with the aforementioned toggle switches. The board has eight 3-position plugs along one long board edge. Other components include resistors, transistors, TP test points, conduction sensors, and capacitors.
