About the IS200TRLYH1FAA
The IS200TRLYH1FAA is a PCB component created by GE for their Mark VI system. This was one of the last of the Speedtronic systems made for the management of gas or steam turbines. The MKVI has an Operator Interface/HMI (human machine interface) built upon a PC workstation with an MS Windows operating system. The HMI provides alarm and point control display, as well as process variable trending, all using dynamic graphics provided by the CIMPLICITY graphics display system. Another piece of software, the Control System Toolbox, allows the user to access data block flow diagrams, I/O configuration and monitoring, and online help files and code changes.
The IS200TRLYH1FAA functions as a Relay Output with TMR contact voting terminal board. The board has a total of thirty-six relays, placed in three sections (T, M, and R,) with twelve relays in each section. The contacts combine to form a voted Form A (NO) contact.
The IS200TRLYH1FAA is not designed with onboard power distribution. However, power distribution can be added by connecting the optional daughterboard IS200WPDFH1A. The board connects to and is controlled by the VCRC, VGEN, or VCCC board. The IS200TRLYH1FAA supports only TMR applications.
The IS200TRLYH1FAA is built with two terminal boards (TB1 and TB2) that are located side-by-side on the left long edge of the board. These terminal boards can be unplugged for maintenance. The board has thirty-six relays (previously mentioned,) and five connectors, including three 37-pin connectors and two 64-pin connectors. The larger connectors are used to attach optional power distribution boards.
