About the IS200TRLYH2C
The IS200TRLYH2C is a GE printed circuit board manufactured as part of the Mark VI system. The MKVI is a flexible management system designed to maintain gas and steam turbine systems. The MKVI includes an HMI/operator interface built from a PC based workstation running on an MS Windows platform. The HMI provides dynamic graphics and alarm display, as well as process variable trending and point control display. The system uses GE’s Control System Toolbox to allow for online software maintenance, including live data block flow diagrams, online code change and help files, as well as I/O configuration and monitoring.
The IS200TRLYH2C is a Relay Output terminal board with contact sensing. This version of the relay output board is the same as the standard TRLYH1B board, with the following exceptions:
-
Jumpers for converting solenoid outputs to dry contacts (six in total) have been removed.
-
There is no input relay coil monitoring on the twelve relays. However,
-
Relay contact voltage monitoring has been added to each of the twelve relays. Each of these monitoring circuits can be isolated by removing their associated jumper switch.
-
Circuits 1-6 (solenoid driver circuits) and 12 (output) have high-frequency snubbers installed across their NO and SOL terminals.
The IS200TRLYH2C has twelve plug-in magnetic relays. The board has two terminal blocks located next to the relays. These can accept twelve two-wire inputs each. Terminal blocks are designed to unplug from the board when needed for maintenance. The IS200TRLYH2C has a shield bar installed to the left of the terminal blocks.
Other components on the IS200TRLYH2C include fuses, metal oxide varistors, resistors, capacitors, and jumpers. The board has four female cable connectors (JA1, JR1, JS1 and JT1,) and four female plug connectors.
