About the IS200TRLYH2FAA
The IS200TRLYH2FAA is a GE Relay Output Terminal Board (TRLY) that was created to be part of the Mark VI Control System.
The IS200TRLYH2FAA interfaces with a Discrete I/O PCB (VCCC or VCRC). This board can accept 28/125 VDC or 120 VAC operating voltages. It is normally used with a WPDF daughterboard. It has a total of 12 fused solenoid driver relays (with WDPF) and 12 dry circuit relays (without WDPF). The relays are a TMR control type that are mechanical Form B. The IS200TRLYH2FAA is the exact same board as the IS200TRLYH1FAA except for the voted contacts on the IS200TRLYH2FAA are the Form B (NC) outputs instead of a Form A (NO) contact. This board is not backward compatible and does not come with relay suppression.
The IS200TRLYH2FAA has many different physical features. It has two terminal strips with 24 terminals on them. The terminals are barrier-type. There are two male ribbon pin connectors that are on the left and right side of the card. On the topmost edge of the card, there are three female RS-232 ports. On the bottom two corners, there are two reinforced terminal holes that are factory drilled. There are two factory drilled holes in the top two corners as well. There are numerous capacitors and resistors on this board. There are a total of 36 relays on this card.
For more info about the IS200TRLYH2FAA, please see GE System Guide VOL. II: GEH-6421M. Because of its nature, antistatic procedures should be used when installing or handling this PCB.
