About the IS200TRLYH3E
The IS200TRLYH3E is a PCB manufactured by GE for the Mark VI steam or gas turbine management system. Released as one of the last Speedtronic line, the MKVI has a Central Control Module attached to multiple terminal boards. The control module also attaches to an operator interface built using a PC-based workstation running on an MS Windows platform. This HMI/operator interface is loaded with proprietary software like the GE Control System Toolbox for I/O monitoring and configuration, live data block flow diagrams and online code changes, as well as CIMPLICITY graphics, which provides clear graphics and alarm displays.
The IS200TRLYH3E is a Solid-State Relay Output terminal board with all solid-state relays. Three versions of the TRLYH_E board exist; the IS200TRLYH3E is rated for 125 V dc applications, and is certified for Class 1, Division 2 applications.
The IS200TRLYH3E is populated by solid-state relays (previously mentioned,) a terminal strip with twenty-four screw connections, four cable connections (JA1 and JR1-JT1) capacitors, diodes, transistors, and resistors, including metal film resistors. The board is notched at two corners and has two factory made mounting holes located one per short end of the board.
The IS200TRLYH3E is typically controlled by either the VCCC or the VCRC board. It supports both TMR and simplex applications. In the former, the JR1 through JT1 connectors are used. In the latter, the JA1 connector is used. It should be noted that DC relays are unidirectional, and care should be taken about polarity when connecting load. Manufacturer publications like data sheets, user guides, and manuals will give the user more information about the installation, function, and operation of the IS200TRLYH3E.
