Product Description
The IS200TRPGH3B is a GE PCB component manufactured for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI was released by GE as part of the Speedtronic line for turbine management.
The IS200TRPGH3B functions as a Gas Turbine Primary Trip terminal board. This is one of several versions of this board; the IS200TRPGH3B is essentially identical to a TRPGH1B board except it for its special handling of 28 V control power. The board cannot be used for Simplex operations and only supports TMR applications.
The IS200TRPGH3B has two terminal blocks with 24 screw connections each. A shield bar is installed on the edge to the side of these blocks. The center of the board is populated by nine magnetic relays in three voting circuits that interface with three EDTs (trip solenoids.) In Mark VI systems the IS200TRPGH3B works with the VTUR board, communicating via cables connected to the VME rack where the VTUR board is located. The board also has components like three cable connectors (JT1/JS1/JR1,) five plug connectors (J1/J2/J3/J4/J5,) transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, resistors, and diode bridge rectifiers. The board does not have jumpers or any hardware setting located on the board. Current suppression for the board is provided by a MOV located on the TREG board.
Diagnostics and specifications of the IS200TRPGH3B can be found in user guides and manuals from the original manufacturer. The board should be treated as a static-sensitive board at all times; AX Control stores and ships components like this in anti-static wraps to protect from possible damage.
