About the IS200TRTDH1B
The IS200TRTDH1B is an RTD Input terminal board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is a Speedtronic system for the management of gas and steam turbines. The MKVI features software specifically designed by GE to fully integrate and improve the functionality of the MKVI system.
The IS200TRTDH1B is built with two terminal blocks and six 37-pin cable connectors (female) with latching fasteners. The cable connectors are labeled JTA/JTB, JSA/JSB, JRA/JRB. The terminal blocks are designed to unplug from the board when needed for maintenance. Each of the terminal blocks has twenty-four screw connects and can accept eight three-wire RTD inputs. There is a shield bar installed directly to the left of these components. The IS200TRTDH1B uses its six connectors to fan signal out to three VRTD boards. It supports both simplex and TMR applications. It is important to note the IS200TRTDH1B board does not offer a fast scan option.
Each RTD connected to the IS200TRTDH1B can be grounded or ungrounded. The board supplies a 10 mA dc multiplexed excitation to each of these components, which can be placed up to 300 meters from the turbine control cabinet. RTD accuracy at 400 degrees Fahrenheit ranges from 2 degrees Fahrenheit (120 Ω nickel, 200 Ω platinum,) to 10 degrees Fahrenheit (10 Ω copper.)
The IS200TRTDH1B has no jumper switches or hardware settings. The board has hardware limit checking and software system limit checking. A hardware incompatibility fault will be created if the board’s read-only chip shows a mismatch.
