About the IS200TRTDH1BCC
The IS200TRTDH1BCC is a GE PCB component manufactured for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic line and is designed to manage heavy-duty gas or steam turbines. The Mark VI offers speed control during startup, automatic generator synchronization, and protection against overspeed in cases of load loss.
The IS200TRTDH1BCC is an RTD Input terminal board. There are four versions of the TRTD board; this version is a TMR version that fans signals out to three VRTD boards via six DC-type connectors. This board meets the same environmental, suppression, resolution, and function requirements and codes as the TRTDH1C board; however, it does not have a fast-scan option.
The IS200TRTDH1BCC accepts sixteen 3-wire inputs. These connect to the two terminal blocks (TB1 and TB2,) both located on the leading edge. The terminal blocks are held down by two screws each and can be removed from the board for maintenance. A shield bar connects to the PCB directly to the left of these components. The board has six cable connectors (previously mentioned) that are placed on the board in two lines of three. These are labeled JRA/JSA/JTA and JRB/JSB/JTB.
The IS200TRTDH1BCC supplies a 10mA dc non-continuous (multiplexed) excitation current to each of its RTDs. These can be either grounded or ungrounded. However, open or short circuits will be detected by out-of-range values and removed from scanned inputs. Repaired channels reinstate automatically in 20 seconds, or can be manually reinstated.
More information on the IS200TRTDH1BCC can be found in GE publication GEH-6421. Please follow all manufacturer guidelines when installing or maintaining this component.
