About the IS200TRTDH1D
The IS200TRTDH1D is a PCB board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI, which was released by GE as part of the Speedtronic line, is a management system for heavy-duty steam or gas turbines. The Mark VI includes a graphical interface (CIMPLICITY) used through its operator interface, that allows operators direct control of the Mark VI system using a graphical screen. The Mark VI also has software for I/O configuration and monitoring and signal management and signal trending. This is done through the Control System Toolbox software.
The IS200TRTDH1D is an RTD Input terminal board. This is one of four versions of the TRTD board. This version is a simplex board that has two DC-type connectors. The IS200TRTDH1D connects to a PRTD board. The board has two terminal strips that disconnect from the board for maintenance. Each of these strips has twenty-four screw connections that allow for eight 3-wire RTD inputs. Each input is designed with noise suppression circuitry. This protects against high-frequency noise as well as surge. The board also has two female 37-pin cable connectors (JA1 and JB1) that allow the board to be cabled to a PRTD board for the reading of its inputs. Once inputs are converted to digital temperature values, they are sent on to the controller.
The IS200TRTDH1D includes both software system limit checking and hardware limit checking. The board has no jumpers or configurable hardware. The board is notched along one edge, and notched completely at two corners. There are two oval cutouts in the body of the board to allow for screw mounting.
