Product Description

The IS200TSVOH1BCB is a Servovalve Termination Board from General Electric.  It is designed for use within the company’s Mark VI turbine control system.  Servo I/O boards like this one connect to three-coil servo actuators in most applications.

Boards like the IS200TSVOH1BCB use low-level signals.   These consist of signals like 4 to 20 mA current loops, AC Signals rated less than 24 Vac, and analog signals 0 through +/- 50 V dc (<60 mA).      Signals like these that go to PLC-related devices or to analog or digital blocks should use shielded twisted-pair inputs.  

The IS200TSVOH1BCB board weighs approximately 2.00 pounds.  The board is no longer available through the OEM but is typically available within AX Control’s extensive GE inventory.  The board is populated with four transformers.  These are located with two grouped together and two located in separate locations.  The board has six jumper switches near the centerline of the board; each jumper has six available positions.   Other board components include two terminal strips, six d-shell vertical connectors along with several other vertical connectors, a relay, transistors, integrated circuits, and resistors, diodes, and capacitors.   The board is marked with the GE logo.  It is notched along one edge and is drilled at each corner.
