About the IS200VSVOH1AMR
The IS200VSVOH1AMR is a PCB component created by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic series for steam or gas turbine management. The Mark VI includes a Central Control Module that connects to an Operator Interface designed from a PC with a Windows operating system, which allows users to access most data from within the control module from one location.
The IS200VSVOH1AMR is a Servo Control board that controls four electro-hydraulic servo valves that drive fuel/steam valves. Two servo terminal boards (TSVO or DSVO) are usually responsible for these four channels. The board also provides LVDT excitation, LVDT position feedback, and pulse rate flows inputs. The board can be used in Simplex and Triple Redundant systems.
The front panel of the IS200VSVOH1AMR has three LED indicators that show status information. This includes RUN (green,) FAIL (red,) and STATUS, which is normally off, but will glow orange if an alarm condition is indicated. The front panel also includes the J5 connector.
Two backplane connectors are located on the IS200VSVOH1AMR (P1/P2,) two large connectors using conductive traces (P3/P4) and two smaller connectors using conductive traces (P5/P6.) The board has four relays located along the back edge of the board. A relay diagram is printed on the top surface of each of these components. The board includes inductor beads (L1-L10,) as well as TP test points, resistors, capacitors, and multiple integrated circuits. This includes a read-only chip that is coded with the terminal board serial number, revision number, board type, and plug location. The board carries the board i.d. number, the GE logo, and codes such as FA/01, 94V0, and E99006.
