About the IS2020RKPSG1AD
The IS2020RKPSG1AD model is commonly referred to as a VME Power Supply Rack. This model will be used to power other models within the Mark VI Series. This model has a waffled area which is used to allow for more efficient airflow. The components on the front faceplate of this model are a toggle switch as well as LEDs. The LEDs will be used to indicate what type of fault is occurring.
There are three main classifications regarding faults which are an absolute output shutdown, a fault that requires a total reset to attempt to clear the faults, and an indeterminate failure regarding the power supply. The toggle switch which is on the front of the faceplate is the primary way in which all of these faults can be restarted, reset, or whatever that specific fault requires to fix the model.
Specific wattages and voltages are required during the operation of the IS2020RKPSG1AD rack. The input voltage needed for the proper operation of this rack is no more or less than 125 VDC other potential power supply voltages could result in the rack's malfunction. The typical output voltage that will occur on this rack is no more or less than 400W.
Please note that the IS2020RKPSG1AD model has the capability to be used in simplex, dual, or triple redundant systems. The main architecture type that the RKPS rack will be used in is a triple modular redundant system. Refer to the GER-4193A Manual to inform yourself of what other models will be used with this particular VME Rack.
