The 6KXC121002X9A1 is an AF-300 Mini Adjustable Frequency Drive created by Fuji Electric. It is a FRENIC-Mini. This drive has been discontinued by GE and may be a little difficult to find. AX Control still makes every attempt to keep it in stock though.
The 6KXC121002X9A1 is 2 HP, 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and 8 amps. It is in an IP20 protective chassis. It is 5.12” tall x 4.33” wide x 5.87” thick and 3.7 lbs. There is a separate kit that can be used to turn this chassis into a NEMA 1 rated enclosure (NEMA1XC1K). There is also a kit that can be purchased that will allow this drive to be mounted to a 35mm DIN Rail (RMAC12.2). It comes standard with a dynamic braking control, and a single turn potentiometer that can help to give a speed reference. It has an energy-saving mode and a high starting torque option.
The 6KXC121002X9A1 should be mounted in an environment that is totally free from direct sunlight, liquids, oil mist, dust, and corrosive and flammable gas. This model comes with a fan assembly that uses a forced-air circulation method to keep the internal components of the drive cool. There are four brackets on the back of the drive that can be used to mount it.
The faceplate of the 6KXC121002X9A1 has a removable panel and a user interface. The user interface is a 4-digit 7-segment LED indicator, 6 keys, and a dial. The 6 keys are two arrow keys, two run/stop keys, and two are a FWD/REV, and a Reset key.
