The 6VAF343005B-A2 is an AF300B Inverter from General Electric. The 6VAF343005B-A2 is a 460 VAC 3-phase 5 HP unit. It is UL listed and CSA approved. The inverter is designed with a 32-bit digital signal processor to provide high performance and multifunction processing. The unit is completely enclosed within an exterior case with the exception of a cooling fan to provide performance capabilities within harsh environments.
The 6VAF343005B-A2 is typically operated from the keypad panel located on the unit. This unit includes a graphic display and a digital monitor along with input keys for incremental control of the inverter.
The inverter should be installed in locations where the temperature remains between -10 and 50 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity between 20 and 90 percent. Do not locate the inverter where condensation or contact with water is likely to occur. The inverter requires minimum clearances to be maintained during installation to ensure the temperature of the unit remains within safe tolerances. Do not install the unit horizontally or upside down. The 6VAF343005B-A2 includes a terminal block for wiring. Wiring should not exceed 66 feet.
