About the OPC-E11S-120V
The OPC-E11S-120V replacement part from Fuji Electric is a replacement part designed for use with the AF-300 E11 Drive. The AF-300 E11 is manufactured to be used in conjunction with a three-phase induction motor.
The OPC-E11S-120V functions as a replacement control interface relay board. The control interface board is designed to connect to and transport messages from the front interface of the unit. This interface includes basic insulation when the drive has an overvoltage category III installation. The circuit board includes two terminal strips along one edge. The terminal marked “G” should be connected to ground in all applications.
The E11 drive is designed for use in pollution degree 2 environments. At higher levels of pollution, the drive should be installed within a cabinet of IP54 rating or higher.
The OPC-E11S-120V circuit board includes right-angled pin connectors along one board edge. It also has several wired connectors. The board has a single Axicom D2n 24V DC V23105-A5305-A201 standard DIL relay onboard. This relay has two form C contacts and offers switching and continuous 3A current. The relay has surge voltage resistance that meets FCC P. 68 requirements between coil and contacts.
