GE Fanuc Automation manufactures IC210MDR024, a 24 point Durus DC controller. Modbus Slave communications is built-in, but expansion is available with DeviceNet Slave and PROFIBUS Slave. Up to three discrete and one analog expansion units can be for either additional I/O. There is also an option to add one communication module. 0101H is the register address that can read the status and configuration data for this controller. Programming software 3.0 (or better) is required.
The physical maximum I/O is 44 for this controller, which has a mature lifecycle status. A 24V DC power source is required to run this device. The user program logic memory is 200 rungs and 99 blocks. 1KHz is the high speed frequency. The dimensions of this part are 126 mm x 90 mm x 58 mm, and the power supply power consumption is 90 mAmps. Where the input current is 0.63 mA at 24 VDC, the ON current is 0.161 mA at 9.8 VDC, and the OFF current is 0.085 mA at 5 VDC. The output control voltage is 250 VAC/30 VDC relay outputs with an 8A isolated resistive load. The analog resolution is 10 bits and the analog input range is 0-10 VDC. This controller includes an LCD screen, a keypad, and an RS-485 2-wire serial port. IC210MDR024 has 12 24VDC inputs and 8 relay outputs at 8 amperes.
