About the IC210NDD012
GE Fanuc Automation manufactures the Durus-12 series of DC controllers, of which IC210NDD012 is a part. This controller does not have a cover, an LCD screen, or a keypad. It has a mature lifecycle status and is not expandable. The 12 points on the controller include the 6 24 VDC inputs, 4 transistor outputs, and 2 analog inputs. This unit supports high speed inputs and PWM outputs. New Durus Plus controllers require the programming software version 3.0 or above. There are 200 rungs and 99 blocks of user program logic memory. The high speed frequency is 1 KHz, and there is a 10 bit analog resolution.
Up to 15 unique screens are supported on this controller’s applications. On these screens, operators can monitor timers, counters, and other system functions. Users may password protect their program using the Password option on the main menu. Operate IC210NDD012 in either Block Diagram format or Ladder Logic format. The memory pack makes it possible to transfer programs between modules. The user may connect the controller to a computer with the RS-232 port. The communications features MODBUS RTU, PROFIBUS-DP, and DeviceNet are supported as additional options for this controller.
To install and mount the controller, keep away from volatile areas, areas with dust, salt, or iron powder, and areas with poor ventilation. Do not mount the controller where it will be subjected to frequent vibrations and impact. Follow manual instructions and heed all manual caution warnings.
