The IC300HSC600 high speed counter module has eight configurable DC inputs and eight DC negative logic outputs with EXCP configuration.
There are a total of six selectable options on the IC300HSC600 high speed counter module. For configuration purposes and the ability to select these options, you must utilize the Configure Controller Type Dialog. If you already have one or more SmartStack modules installed onto the OCS or RCS module, then you can use the AutoConfig setting to automatically determine and set the I/O.
Please note that it is in your best interest to not install more than four SmartStack modules for every controller. Failure to do this can cause the modules to malfunction and can even cause damage to them. Also note that you must manually disable the IC300HSC600 high speed counter module through the use of a ladder code program. Failure to do this can also cause damage to the equipment and even personal injury.
