About the IC300THM100
The IC300THM100 is a GE Fanuc 4 Channel Thermocouple Input Module. It was created in the SmartStack series of analog I/O. This module is a legacy series model and may be a little hard to locate. AX Control does, however, make every attempt to keep it in stock.
The IC300THM100 is an analog input module that has thermocouples. It has an 18-bit resolution and inputs that are +/-25 mV, +/-50 mV, and +/-100 mV. It has an input impedance of 10 MEG Ohm clamped at +/-24 VDC. It requires a steady-state power of 0.34 watts or 14.3 mA at 24 VDC. It has a millivolt range of around +/-25 mv, +/-50 mv, and +/-100 mv. It has a maximum common mode range of +/-12 VDC. This module does not have any common channel points. It uses integrating A/D conversion and a high temperature open thermocouple response. This module weighs around 270 grams. The thermocouple inputs are labeled J, K, T, and E.
The IC300THM100 is a small black rectangular box with a yellow terminal connection strip on the bottom edge of the module. This module can be stacked on top of up to three other modules and used with an operator control station (OCS). There are four holes on the back of the module that another module can be attached to. On the other side, are unique pin-type connectors in each of the four corners of the module that can easily slide into the connection holes of another module or the OCS.
