The IC620MDD116 is a DC I/O Micro Controller Unit made by GE Fanuc. It may have also been produced by Fanuc at one point, depending on what years it was being mass-produced. It is not being supported by either of these companies anymore, but AX Control tries to keep the IC620MDD116 in stock.

The IC620MDD116 is a 16-point DC Power CPU Unit created for a GE Fanuc Micro PLC.  This unit is 140 mm wide, 80 mm high, and 76 mm thick. It weighs roughly 490 grams (about 1 lb.)  This unit has a 10-28 VDC and 12-24 nominal VDC power supply voltage. It consumes power at 10-watt @ 24 VDC.  This device has 12 MHz microprocessor clock speeds. It has an unfused 24 VDC, 75 mA plus 8.4 mA per unused input power available from a Vpp terminal.

This unit comes with 8 DC inputs total. These inputs have logic circuitry that is optoisolated.  The input uses an external device to pull the input point-to-ground to turn itself on. It has an input current of 4 mA @12V/ 8 mA @ 24V. It has a maximum off-current state of 1.5 mA. It has a typical response time of 2mS and an inputting impedance of 3K ohms.

The IC620MDD116 has 8 transistor outputs. They are a max of 0.5 amps per point. All of these outputs have the ability to be attached to a single common point.
