The IC620MDR014 is a DC In, Relay Out CPU Module that was created for a GE Fanuc Micro PLC. This unit is roughly 490 grams or 1 lb. It is 80mm tall, 140 mm wide, and 76mm thick.  It has a voltage rating of 50/60 Hz and 110-220 VAC. It consumes power at 8.1-volt-amps. It has an unfused power that is available from a Vpp terminal and is 24 VDC with 75mA +8.4 mA per unused inputs.  It has a 12 MHz microprocessor clock speed. 

The IC620MDR014 has a total of 8 DC inputs that are optoisolated from its logic circuitry. This device has an 8.4 mA input current. An external device has the ability to turn on the inputs using a pull resistor to pull the input-to-ground. The inputs have a 10.8 VDC or lower on the level. They also have an 11 VDC of higher off level. These inputs have a non-adjustable maximum response time of 7mS off-to-on and 11mS on-to-off. They have a 3K ohms input impedance. 

This device also has a total of 6 N.O. output contacts that are electromechanical relays. It has 3-points per common and 3 individual points. On the independent terminals, it has a maximum voltage of 250 VAC @5 amps and a 30 VDC @ 5amps. On the common terminals, it has a 250 VAC @ 5A per common and a 30VDC @ 5A per common. It has a 10mS response time.
